Product Description

KDAS compact seal,also called DAS,DDAS,KDAS is a double-acting seal and compact piston oil seal.

DAS piston seal set include a rubber seal,two split support rings and two split bearings, located either side of the seal. The profile seal ring seals in both the static and dynamic range whilst the backup rings prevent extrusion into the sealing gap. The function of the guide rings is to guide the piston in the cylinder tube and to absorb transverse forces. The design provides a compact seal and guide combination for a closed or split installation groove. It is a combination seals used in hydraulic applications as well as some heavy industries.

With 5 parts design our KDAS compact seals are used as piston seal for double acting cylinders at maximum 400 bar.

KDAS has a NBR ring, having 3 sealing lips, in the middle; 2 polyester elastomer back-up rings used for decreasing permissible gap in both sides; 2 POM rings as guide besides them. As seen in the design, sealing operation is carried out by NBR ring.

Product Description KDAS/DAS Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Compact Seals KDAS combination oil seal is a two-way piston seal.This oil seal consists of an elastic toothed rubber ring in the middle.Two polyurethane elastomers and two fiberglass wear rings.Its middle has a real play sealing element for sealing and on each side place one ring and one wear ring each. Prevent components from being pushed out into the gap. At rest and in motion can play a good sealing role.The design provides a compact seal combined with guidance. And it is suitable for the combined oil seal installed in the closed groove.KDAS oil seal often used in reciprocating motion and hydraulic cylinder pistions.
