Product Description

Spring energized seals are designed to handle a wide range of applications where traditional elastomers fail. It excels in applications with high-speeds, wide temperature ranges and those with corrosive media. The Spring energized seal is a sealing device consisting of a PTFE or other polymer, energized by a corrosion resistant metal spring. When the seal is seated in the gland, the spring is under compression applying force on the gland sealing surfaces thereby creating a tight barrier to prevent gas or fluids from leaking. The spring also provides resiliency to compensate for seal wear, gland misalignment or eccentricity. While spring force provides adequate force for sealing at low pressure, at high pressure the system pressure augments the spring force to provide an even tighter seal.

Spring energized seals design is based on three principles:

1.V-spring seals are designed for used in high or low presseure dynamic reciprocationg or rotary applications.

2.Slanted Coil Spring Seals are for low friction, dynamic reciprocating and rotary applications. The seal produces a near flat load curve when compressed ( installed ). They provide constant predictable loads through their very wide deflection range. 3.Helical Spring seals are designed for used in static or slow, infrequent dynamic sealing application due to high compression load over a small deflection range, which make these seals suitable when low pressure or vacuum and very low temperature ( cryogenic ) are present.

We can open the mould for you first according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs are charged if you need the customized products.

Q4.What's your packing & payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
2). For sample and small order, 100% Paypal. Western Union, T/T.
For bulk order, T/T 50% deposit and the balance should be finished before delivery from our factory

Wireline seals are the equipment sealing components that are used to seal various downhole tools and other equipment that perform well drilling, completion and well workover and intervention procedures. There are wide variety of wireline seals that are used in the oil industry. All these seals have different functionality and are available in different sizes as per standard specifications.

Wireline seals generally have two or more components which work together in tandem to give an effective sealing functionality. Wireline seals helps in containing or controlling the high wellbore pressure that originates because of back pressure or kick. The downhole equipment are passed inside the borehole over the wireline and thus, wireline seals helps in holding the wireline tightly and do not let the downhole equipment fall when the wireline is being pulled out of rope socket.
